How to use Gym Equipment?
Hello King Panel,
Congratulations, enjoy the new gym experience. It is in your best interest to follow Harris’ advice: find a personal trainer or someone else employed by the gym to show you around with proper instruction. You do not want to take the chance of injury or instilling poor form habits.
To keep your female curves you can do body shaping moves: grow the areas you want to get bigger and slim down the area you would like to remain smaller. This is where the personal trainer will hone in on your body type for the best results possible in a safe and most efficient way.
I suggest a professional trainer because you are new to the gym and do not know where to start. The trainer will be indispensable to keep you well, happy and on the right track so you do not get frustrated. Frustration can lead to quitting and/or injuries.
