To answer this question I would simply use the answers you will get form your previous question of “what is the best way to reduce weight dieting or exercise?”. But keep in mind that sometimes weighting your self is not as important as your body fat %, your overall fitness conditioning and lifestyle changes are. If you can focus on these 3 factors, your body weight will improve as well and also feel a lot better in general.
