Not sure how old you are since age plays a big role in the height progress. It’s up to your genetics and there is really nothing you can do about it to change it. You need to concentrate on how you can improve your talents and take full advantage of your capabilities as much as you can. Work with what you have and learn how to move and use your body in the most efficient way. If you can do that, then height would be irrelevant. Good luck to you!
While you can’t alter your genetics, you can do everything else correctly to max out your parents gift of you.
Eat right, workout/play smart, recovery/sleep, and keep a good attitude.
Avoid cigarette smoke as much as possible. Don’t do drugs or drink alcohol.
And learn, learn, learn. Your body may have limits. But your mind is virtually without bounds.
Hello Manohar Golleru,
Thank you for your question. Why do you want to grow fast and to a certain height?
Okay, we all want certain traits; but, it may not be in our genetic makeup.
Do everything you can to be healthy: eat and drink well, exercise properly and get enough rest.
Like Karin mentions, stand with good posture and leave the rest to nature and time. Who knows, you may find that the way you end up is exactly how you should be, anyway.
You are only two inches from your wish; but, please remember, there is only one you, that is what makes you so special…you are an individual, one of a kind.
Try to concentrate on what you do like about yourself; I am sure you could fill a book. Why don’t you keep a gratitude journal where you write your good traits and what makes you happy?
Natalie aka NAPS 2 B Fit.
you will have to leave this to Mother Nature and Father Time.
But, in the meantime, you can work on your posture. People who stand tall and in good posture always appear taller than they really are.
