What kind of work do you do? (Haha, I just saw that Joanne asks the same question.) You could be working in a harmful way.
What helps me is to stretch before work and after work. If there is a chance, I would also stretch the problem area during my shift.
You also want to make sure to remain strong as well as flexible.
Checking that your diet is proper will help you heal, also.
