So, you’ll be away from home and want to be able to work out in a setting that doesn’t have gym equipment? And time will be an issue?
First suggestion = break your exercise into small pieces. If you usually work out for 45 minutes but you don’t have a 45 minute block of time, do three short 15 minute workouts. One when you wake up, one mid-afternoon, and one before bed (not as intense before bed).
Second suggestion = the least expensive and lightest equipment that I use and recommend for clients are the 41 inch looped resistance bands. You can get them from several places. I have my traveling clients take two bands (one easier, one harder, relative to their individual strength) when they travel.
