How to create a fitness program for brides and grooms.
My vision is to offer a group fitness program for brides and their wedding parties (including friends and family who may not be members of the bridal party). I’ve run a couple of outdoor Bridal Boot Camps, but have found it difficult to offer a fitness program that fits everybody’s schedules. The ideal bridal party boot camp program should include: 45-60 minutes of FUN, stress reducing, relationship enhancing activities (using bridal themed games, challenges, props); access to quality nutritional guidance (via public access websites or local professionals); Accountability and Tracking tools; Happy, fit, gorgeous boot camp graduates. Has anybody figured out how to run a successful wedding party boot camp? How did/do you do it?
I would run it like any other bootcamp
Keep in mind:
Not everyone in the wedding party may want to do a bootcamp. Not everyone in the wedding party my not be fit enough to do one
You are narrowing your potential by making it just for brides/grooms
Possibly put it as an option on your website and see if anyone is interested or go to bridal shops and offer bootcamps to their employees as a way of getting your name out.
