Am growing a stronger partnership with a top local Physical Therapist who deals with Old Adults and Athletes. First trying to find ideas to market more and second accepting movement fitness “therapy” training under fall prevention. So in other words: Is there a way insurance can pay for it? There are ways….but its finding the right words.
I agree that Adriadne’s response is great. I have often worked with PTs, since many of their patients can certainly benefit from the expertise of a qualified personal trainer to develop follow-up programs following specific therapy. Just be sure to adhere to the recommendations and limitations given in consulting with the PT(s) who provide the therapy. I also suggest that you contact the specific insurance provider for clear information regarding its rules and guidelines for applying for coverage.
