Here are a few options.
If you have a college near you tap into some of the instructors that currently teach classes. Students that have taken the class several times can also be a good resource.
Maybe you have a few regular clients at your gym that might want to teach. Ask them to sub and if they are good recommend they get certified.
If you have a good relationship with another club in the area you might want to ask around there.
