I do not send out surveys; but, that may be helpful for those who are shy about giving “negative criticism”. I get feedback from the clients after and during each session which is a huge help for all involved.

I don’t send out surveys, but I always keep an open communication with my private clients as well as with my group class participants during and after each of the packages they buy. This way I have a better understanding of what they think about my services and training up to that point.
