How much time and planning do you put into your own workouts?

I ALWAYS make time for my own workouts. Even after working all day, coming home to cook dinner, clean up, and play with my kids. I make sure that I find at least 20 minutes to get my own workout in. So, that being said I usually am working out at 8:00/9:00 at night. I always tell people if I have three kids and a job and find time to workout they can too. 🙂
