I am an instructor at my local fitness center-our director is stepping down & I’m wondering how much she earned being in charge of approx. 30 instructors,10 different class types,etc… she ran the program for approx. 10years

It usually depends on the location, the size and type of the club/facility and the experience of the person. The easiest and fasted way to find out is to ask your director straight up, since you are interested in taking over (if you are selected for the position).
