How much extra should a trainer charge for driving to a client’s home?
i travel to client’s homes for training and I agree that you MUST take into account the travel time to and from their homes and the ‘lost training time and income’ that the travel creates. Keeping that in mind, you definitely want to add a certain percentage to your normal training rate to make up for the actual travel, the wear-and-tear on your car, and the ‘lost training time/income.’
I hope that this helps.
