I charge for a double session and the client gets a complete fitness profile. I don’t like doing a single session because I have to rush through assessments. The whole process takes about an hour and a half and then I spend another half hour constructing the program. If it takes a little less, well good for me, I was a bit more on it that day; sometimes its a bit more. I pretty much won’t charge for a plan and no encounter. To much unknown for me to thoroughly commit with the utmost confidence.
