How much do you charge for a fitness plan only; no sessions?
I normally charge my regular hourly rate because that’s how long it takes me to write it. If you are building in answering e-mails, phone calls etc. then you might specify how many of these messages you will include and break it down for instance in 15 min. increments per message so 4 messages would be equivalent to another hour at your hourly rate.
I’m sure that there are many other ways that people are charging.
