I just answered a very similar question today for a Pilates instructor. Feel free to read my response by clicking this link: https://www.ideafit.com/answers/how-much-does-a-pilates-instructor-make
I’d recommend you pay particular attention to the questions I asked in that link’s response. If you don’t mind me asking, what are your answers?
Also, could you clarify what you mean by “nutrition plans?” Are you a registered dietitian/licensed dietitian? If not, how specific would these “plans” be while staying in your scope of practice?
You can find additional information from past questions submitted in the “Related Questions” section of this page’s sidebar – check some of them out if you’ve got the time.
Hope to hear back from you soon!
Depends on several things.
1- your background
2- your client’s goals
3- how long they’d like to sign on for
4- how often they’d see you a week/month
5- whats the % the gym gets
6- what are other gyms in the area paying for PT wise
After all of this is factored in you need to make the sale and present it on their health, and the value they get by working with you. Be sure to sell on wellness and measurable results.
