I am a personal trainer and have been requested to offer a basic nutrition and exercise plan for a new client. The potential client would like to meet for about 30 minutes, twice a month to go over their “plan” and make adjustments and track their progress. How much do I charge for such consulting?
I charge the full session price for something like this. It does not help either of us (me or the client) to think that a shorter session requires less effort on either of our parts.
I do not offer menus or direct diet advice though. I do help clients understand what types of foods are good candidates for their meals and why. I discuss meal timing and calories, etc. And I give them encouragement as they progress.
