I’m planning on starting a group fitness studio and wanted to know what the average pay was for group instructors for bootcamp (trx, pilates, kettlebell, etc.) type classes.

Hi Danny,
Another consideration is the modality. I live in S. FLA and here Yoga and Aquatic instructors get paid on average 20% greater than other group instructors. Commercial gyms typically pay less too. However, as a manager the more I allow an instructor to make~the better instructors I get. Then the bigger the class gets and everyone earns more.

I check out what the other fitness outlets are paying their instructors and go at least 50 cents over the highest per hour/class. I want the best and want the instructors to be happy.
