so my schedule atm is Monday morning 5 k run Monday night – legs and abbs , Tuesday morning spin and Tuesday night dance class( conditioning) Wednesday morning rest morning Wednesday night ( whole body workout muscle class – heavy weights) Thursday morning – HIIT and abb workouts, an Thursday night – dancing ( chorey) Friday morning – weights arms and abbs and then a run , Saturday rest day and sunday usually a long run and pilates.. should I cut down , cause I know rest is important in bulding muscle and seeing results, im not trying to gain huge muscles either.. and im also a dancer so I need to keep fit as/

I think you need to listen to your body. I don’t think there is anything wrong with the way you working out as long as there is a plan that you are following. When I was a competitive swimmer, I was doing 2 hard workouts/day (one in the morning and one in the afternoon), plus strength and conditioning training for 5 days a week. I only had 1 day to rest each week, but it was all part of a bigger plan and the workouts were designed to get us in shape without destroying our system. I did this training for 12 years and I had no issues with it. Make sure your diet is good and when you rest make it count.
