so my schedule atm is Monday morning 5 k run Monday night – legs and abbs , Tuesday morning spin and Tuesday night dance class( conditioning) Wednesday morning rest morning Wednesday night ( whole body workout muscle class – heavy weights) Thursday morning – HIIT and abb workouts, an Thursday night – dancing ( chorey) Friday morning – weights arms and abbs and then a run , Saturday rest day and sunday usually a long run and pilates.. should I cut down , cause I know rest is important in bulding muscle and seeing results, im not trying to gain huge muscles either.. and im also a dancer so I need to keep fit as/

What are your goals? How are you feeling? Are your workouts interfering with work and family?
I like one day of rest a week if not every two days, depending on the person.
