This question is probably more in-depth than what can be answered on here. A few of the many missing details here:
Your age, training history, your goals, progress that you’ve been making, and what these workouts actually entail.
If you have been making progress, don’t feel run down, and you haven’t been experiencing pain or injuries from training, then you might be fine. This really depends on the individual, so keep track of how you feel from week to week. If you find yourself losing enthusiasm for training, then you might be overdoing it. I would recommend taking a week off of structured training every so often. Some people prefer 4-6 weeks, while others prefer longer. In any case, cut your workouts short, or take a few days off during this recovery period.
There are hardly ever black and white answers. All the best!

Hello Lara Smith,
If you are asking if you may need to cut back, maybe you know in the back of your mind that you should.
What are your goals? How are you feeling? Are your workouts interfering with work and family?
I like one day of rest a week if not every two days, depending on the person.
Take care,
Natalie.
If you’re getting the results you want and aren’t having any over training symptoms and can keep up with this schedule that’s up to you do decide
Professionally speaking, I would not do a back to back workout: Evening then first thing in the morning.
Muscles repair during your rest phase
It’s not how often you workout, it’s how you workout
Hi again Lara,
I think you need to listen to your body. I don’t think there is anything wrong with the way you working out as long as there is a plan that you are following. When I was a competitive swimmer, I was doing 2 hard workouts/day (one in the morning and one in the afternoon), plus strength and conditioning training for 5 days a week. I only had 1 day to rest each week, but it was all part of a bigger plan and the workouts were designed to get us in shape without destroying our system. I did this training for 12 years and I had no issues with it. Make sure your diet is good and when you rest make it count.
I hope this helps!
Best,
Harris
