In order to potentially knock out all of your CECs at once, have you considered adding a certification to your professional qualifications?
Although it may cost a bit more, you could make it a worthwhile investment in yourself and your business. Adding something like NASM’s CES certification to your educational base could potentially bring in a wide range of new clients interested in the specific benefits of corrective exercise (in the style of NASM). Most certifications can be recertified by taking about 20 CEU a year as a way of managing the education over time. For example ASCM (HFS) requires 60 CEU, (for the year I received my original certification), renewed every three years. So to stay on top of it I shoot for 20 a year, or one conference a year.
