How long should you plank for?

Hi Tricia,
I don’t have my clients hold the plank position at all. It’s for the simple reason that I don’t like the exercise – even a little bit. I prefer more dynamic exercises for core training. I was never a big fan of isometric exercises – but that’s just me. However, I would agree with the others that 1 minute is sufficient & then move on to greater challenges. Good luck Tricia!
