How long after a meal should you wait to workout?

I would agree with everyone in saying that it does depend on your digestive system and what type of workout your are doing. Generally 1-2 hours after eating a meal is a good time to workout. Most of my clients have a small snack about an hour before working out and that works for them. For myself-I am at my best if I have some fruit or half a Greek yougurt directly before my workout.
