How does one go about developing, getting approval, running CEC workshops? What kind of fees are involved?

I’d like present workshops in neuromuscular re-education. Wondering how to make that happen, and fees involved. If you get approval from one organization, does that help getting approved by additional organizations. Or do you even have to get multiple approvals?
