Do you use aspects of “why your became a personal trainers” when you are networking or when someone asks you what you do for a living? If yes, what do you say? And does this help you create a new client or professional connection for potential referrals?
I don’t tell my entire “why” to potential clients – that evolves over time, as useful and relevant.
I do tell my “who” and “how” to clients up front. Who = who likes to train from me, and what benefits they derive from that. I try to give a very clear picture of the “who” How = the process of how my training sessions / classes work.
