Do you incorporate a version of your bio in your marketing materials – brochures, flyers, business cards? And does this help you create a new client or professional connection for potential referrals?
I list my bio and expertise in my site in detail, not on my business cards. I do tell people when I network about my past history and expertise as well as my qualifications. If I don’t get someone’s attention on our first meting, then it’s hard to get it on the next one. First impression is always the most critical one.
