How do you stay motivated to get your own workouts done, when you are training all day long?

I have my own goals to accomplish, such as races I want to do. Training with clients it’s a good way to stay active, but I need to do workouts on my own as well if I want to do well. My training regiment is different from the those I have my clients do, so the choice is an easy one. If I have a client who has the same goals as me, then I could use my time with them as part of my training.
