How do you stay motivated to get your own workouts done, when you are training all day long?

I know that my job is dependent partly upon the condition that I maintain a healthy level of fitness. A trainer has to look the part, or at least APPEAR healthy, to be taken seriously. The fact that I fit my workouts into my schedule sets an example for my clients. It shows them that I practice what I preach—making fitness a priority—and that I understand what it’s like to fit exercise into a busy schedule. It can be difficult. Like Stephen said, training all day can be a workout, but it’s worth putting the proper amount of effort into your fitness, regardless of how you get that work done.
