I look at it as ‘play time’ 🙂 ….. and also balance time.
My own workouts are not what they once used to be when I sat at a desk the rest of the day. I now enjoy re-balancing my body from the literal ups and downs of the day. I am fortunate enough to have a dog who is the best motivator I can think of for doing a cardio workout. Granted, stopping at the occasional tree 🙂 does not make it perfect but it is still good enough to pass my own standard.
After a tough day, I may just do a relaxing MELT session. Sometimes I want to try new things on the equipment I have, or exercise to a DVD to let somebody else motivate me.
