I have a married couple who would like to start training together (even though they are at very different fitness levels). I typically only do group session or 1:1 personal training. Is the standard to let both train for one session cost or to just offer a discount per person rate?
I reduce the per session fee slightly for each client. The fee is determined by what the clients want. The more complicated the programming, the more I charge. I do not have set fees. I have a scale of fees and show the client where their needs and goals fit in that scale.
