I have a married couple who would like to start training together (even though they are at very different fitness levels). I typically only do group session or 1:1 personal training. Is the standard to let both train for one session cost or to just offer a discount per person rate?
I typically charge less per person, but a higher rate per hour to account for the work involved. Depending on how you structure your services, you will be doing an assessment, going over nutrition logs, and planning workouts for two people.
