It depends on their goals. If I’m doing it as “small group training,” where it could be 2-3 people and I have a general plan for whoever is coming to class and then I dial it in once I get there, it ends up being about the same price as one person. This works the best when the clients attending together are about the same fitness level. It’s a weekly class.
If it is a specific two people and is customized programming for each person that I have to plan separately, about 50% more.
Actually I find it takes more energy and effort to be able to train two people with different needs, and to be able to “think” on your feet even more so! It also is not a TRUE personal training situation.
I don’t love taking on 2 clients together, but when I do I charge just a bit LESS than I would charge for 2 people.
So for a $90 per person session, I would charge $160 for 2
