How do you keep from getting burnt out?

Hello Lawrence with Gym Insight,
Working with my clients is motivation in itself; feeling needed and appreciated is very uplifting. Then I be sure to take the seventh day of the week off for rest and relaxation. Another approach is to be sure I keep the priorities in order and do the best I can at all times.
