Yes, what we do can be exhausting. I am sure to take time for my own workouts and set healthy boundaries around work times and text/calls.
Also take needed off days from work (Absolutely Sundays) and vacations when I start to feel a little burnt myself.

Working with my clients is motivation in itself; feeling needed and appreciated is very uplifting. Then I be sure to take the seventh day of the week off for rest and relaxation. Another approach is to be sure I keep the priorities in order and do the best I can at all times.
