I used to never have it on my website. However, about two years ago I listed it. What I like about it is there are some great benefits to it. Some of the benefits are it weeds out clients who are not all that serious. So instead of them coming in for my free session just so they can hear about my price. Right off the bat they know, so if they are not serious then they don’t bother coming in because they were mainly coming to see my rates in person.
I charge a good amount of money for my personal training services one of the highest in the area. However, I do have ways to help most people afford me.On my website i have a FAQ (where prices are listed). There, I let potential clients know how they can earn FREE and discounted sessions through hard work and getting results with us.
Anyone who will choose a service strictly base on price is not worry about value. I get commited clients and those seeking valuable and effective personal training NOT just cheap training. My studio is very different and we’re in an affluent community – so that also helps.
We actually “fire” clients who are not serious and give them a refund. The great thing is those who are serious stick with us for years and don’t cancel last minute, get results and makes my life easy 🙂
I think you’ll have to figure what works for you, you can also try both and see if you notice a difference. I did without listing for 5 years but have listed it since about 2 years ago.
