How do you encourage your clients to see the good in themselves and to expect great things from their training?

I just listened to a webinar yesterday entitled “Positive Psychology for Overcoming Depression” and it highlighted the differences between people who “flourish” and people who “languish.”
Of the many things I learned, I learned that the ideal ratio of positive to negative experiences is 4:1. The more positive experiences an individual has the likely it is that that individual will flourish and exhibit positive emotions.
Hence, I would help my client to create positive experiences so that they might flourish.
