the letter is from my client it is not inappropriate how does one rectify that problem

I agree with Joanne and Susan. Reviews are there so others can learn more about you and your business. If you don’t like a review, I would suggest replying back and addressing the complaint/issue (if this is the case with the review you are talking about).

Sometimes, there is a difference between an unkind review and an untrue or incorrect review. The first may be appropriate, but in my opinion, the last two are not.

I hope there is a process whereby IDEA could delete a truly inappropriate review.

I agree with others in that if there’s not a way to remove the review, how you publicly handle it can mitigate its circumstances.
