Sometimes, there is a difference between an unkind review and an untrue or incorrect review. The first may be appropriate, but in my opinion, the last two are not.
I hope there is a process whereby IDEA could delete a truly inappropriate review.
I agree with others in that if there’s not a way to remove the review, how you publicly handle it can mitigate its circumstances.

Have you thought about doing any of these ideas on IDEA?
You could also comment to the review.
I would look at this as a learning experience to better my services for the clients; no worries.
I also do not see any reviews on your page, anyway.
