How do you cue an obese client to find neutral spine when lying on the floor?

Hi Lori,
usually even very overweight clients can palpate their ASIS. When they are hook-lying, you can first ask them to perform pelvic tilts so that they can get a feel for the movement itself and become aware of the parameters of the movement. As a trainer, you can eye-ball as well as possible when they are in neutral and have them notice how this position feels.
