How do you correct diastasis recti?
The question of correcting it should first be put to your health care provider. After all, there may be unique aspects to your body that need to be addressed. Give your body the time it needs: your body went through 9 months of rather drastic changes culminating in the birth, which can be traumatic no matter how it happens.
When you and your provider feel ready, here is a link to a recent article that was very informative:

And congratulations!
Hello Cheryl Reese,
Congratulations on the birth of your child.
Ariadne Greenberg has given you a wonderful article that is worth reading. You will want to be careful as you are still recuperating from a major change in your body. I feel your motivation; but, this is the time to care for both yourself and baby.
Slow and steady wins the race. It may be wisest to print the IDEA article and take it to the doctor for advice.
Enjoy your family.
Take care,
Natalie
