In addition to the great suggestions given, I can only recommend that you challenge your clients with various modes of activity. If she’s cycling, go hiking. If she’s cycling, go swimming. If he’s free weight training, do some workouts on a Total Gym. Break up the routine and that may help break up the monotony. Use your creativity to create a different workout environment. Some may not be able to afford the luxury of taking a month or two off for travel, so create a “change of scenery” in your home space.
