How do you all post videos to your Idea profile?

Good question…since the 2 people that answered are IDEA members, that could be why they can add videos and you can’t. I am not an IDEA member and I can not add video either. I don’t see the add video or add custom video option.
Also, when I get a lead when someone contacts me through IDEA, I cannot see their email address as it is hidden for non-members.
