How do I receive my free CECs for 2014

I received an email from IDEA stating that I had free CECs that expire 12/31/14. I cannot find how I actually sign up for them.

Hi Mary Jane,

The free CECs are located in your “My Education” tab of your account. Here is a link you can use to go directly to that page: www.ideafit.com/myeducation. Once you click the link, scroll down and select your free video course under the “Member Benefit” section.
