How do I email a workout to client?

I do not see an email option, nor do I see where I can personalize the title of the workout for that client. I edited each exercise with my own notes….but can’t get further.

Hi Lisa,

Once you’ve completed your workout in Workout Builder (and you still have it up), there is an option to the right of it. It’s under Share, and you can e-mail it to your client from there.

To personalize your workout, simply click on that bar at the top of your workout under Title or Description and enter your own text (client’s name, etc…). It should save the text you enter.

Thru the workout builder you can add their email to a client list. Also with the workout builder you can create and send a workout to them, with videos and pics. Hope that helps
