How do I charge a corporation for classes that I am willing to instruct at their company?
I currently work at corporations instructing boot camps, but I’m currently employed by someone else. I have had such good feedback from my classes that i need to venture on my own. I know I can take a portion off their premium but do i need to talk to their insurance? Need ideas and advice thank you
Insurance typically pays a much lower rate than if the corporation pays out of pocket. You may be able to charge a flat rate that the insurance company and the corporation split. As your contact person how the company handles payment. The company that I wrote a proposal for pays out of pocket directly. I would avoid a per person rate, as it complicates things. For ease of billing, go with a flat rate per class.
