How can I use wearables to my advantage?

One thing that may help you help your members is what to do with all of the information once they have it. Educate them on the “why” they are wearing it. Example: If it tracks your heart rate and you see the pattern of your heart rate, then offer gym members a small and simple education/information session on where their heart rate should be during their workout for maximum benefit to them. Of course it will depend on client goals, but educating them is a way for them to both utilize the information and get them in your gym longer.
I see a lot of clients with these devices as well–but knowing what to do with the information is just as valuable. Hope this helps as one idea for you.
Or, you could always offer to give a few of these trackers away to try and gain new members. 🙂
