Parking may also be a concern and street side parking may or may not be allowed, so you’ll need to check on that and if your home or business liability would cover parking issues.
Since you’ll be operating a class out of your house, you’ll want to check your home owners policy and see what will be covered. Speak to an agent as some insurance companies raise premiums for businesses run out of the home where people will be coming and going.
You’ll also need to think through how they’ll come and go in your home, access to a bathroom, place to change, personal theft or information issues.
