There are many good suggestions here. For me, the number one thing is a good night’s sleep. When I don’t get enough rest (and it happens more than it should) I start to drag a little bit the next day around mid-afternoon. But when I do, I’m good to go. As others have said, proper nutrition is also very important. As far as energy supplements, I’m not a fan. But if you need a quick jolt, a little caffeine will never hurt. Good luck Bonnie!
