Why the desire for skinny? What about being healthy? Do you know what the side effect of a balanced healthy lifestyle is?…Feeling and looking better. Therefore, my advice is to live the best healthy lifestyle that is possible for you, which means the proper exercise program, enough sleep and a good balanced diet. If you want something to look smaller, you can do bodyshaping as opposed to spot reduction. How does this sound? I hope it helps you.

as Paul says the talus is a bone which sits literally in the middle of your ankle joint and is really not visible. But even if you are referring to the ankle bones on the outside and the inside of your ankle, bone structures cannot be altered.
One thing to consider, though: you may be able to restore proportion by working your calves a little. Don’t worry, calf muscles to not get BIG but they can get more defined and thus create an overall better appearance.
