How can I get my profile to be listed higher on the FitnessConnect listing?

Hi Jono,
I believe the ranking is based on an equation that IDEA uses. Even if you have done everything correctly you might not be listed higher than someone who has less presence in the site. If I were you I would call the IDEA support department (the 800 number that is listed at the bottom of this page) so they can explain to you how this works. Sorry I could give you better answer.
